Express Shipping

Unfortunately we cannot offer express shipping at this time.

Fulfillment & Shipping Times

Everything in our shop, unless otherwise noted is made to order with a commercial facility. This process is separate from shipping times, and typically takes between 2-5 business days. An estimated delivery time will be provided with tracking, but sometimes heavy processing times or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If an order does not arrive within five days of its estimated time, feel free to reach out to us via email and we will look into it.

Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking page sent to the email provided at checkout. Note that it can sometimes take up to 48hrs for tracking info to show in a carrier's system.

Are all products in an order shipped together? (From manufacturer:)

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

Will you Deliver to a PO Box?
Typically only national postal operators are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products including framed posters and bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the time the order is received by the customer. After 14 days, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. When we receive a return request for damaged orders, we must contact our manufacturer to process it on our customer's behalf. The sooner our customers notify us within that 14 day window, the more efficiently we can help them. Our manufacturer has very specific parameters for returns. Please refer to them below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We will issue returns/ exchanges in the following cases:

  •  The wrong item was received in terms of color, size, or model doesn't match what you ordered
  •  The product has arrived damaged 
  •  The item arrived in poor print quality, such as an off center print or cracking ink

* Returned products to be shipped at customer's expense unless items arrived damaged or incorrect print, color or size.

 Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not been printed. In our experience, printing tends to happen quickly if the order was placed during business days/hours. All Apparel and Prints are Printed To Order.

Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Possum Punks.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely event of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item please email us using the contact form within 14 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after 14 days or if the item has been worn/used. Be sure to reach out via our Contact Form and include your name, order number, and a description of the issue for us to help you as soon as possible. Do not return your order to the manufacturer's address before contacting us with your issue, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund. 

Possum Punks does not accept returns for the following:

Wrong/Incomplete Addresses and Unclaimed orders. Be sure to double check your shipping address before submitting an order! Unfortunately our printer's return policy does not cover packages sent to the wrong address or are sent back to the manufacturer unclaimed. Customers will be liable for any reshipment costs.

Buyer's Remorse. Unfortunately we can't accept it back. We encourage customers to study the size charts for apparel and prints in their listings. Consult the FAQ for our products for helpful tips. And of course you can always reach out to us with any questions before you decide to make a purchase! We're happy to help.

What Inks Are Used

Direct to Garment products
For DTG products, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

Sublimation products
We use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink for sublimation products. Both of these inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified. For some sublimation products, we also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink.

Phone cases
We use Mimaki UV Inkjet Ink Lus 120 ink for phone cases. This ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means the ink meets the gold certification for building materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Posters
For posters, we use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. This ink is also GREENGUARD Gold certified.

Other non-apparel products
For mugs, we use Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink. For selected non-apparel products, stickers, and canvas, we use EPSON SC80610/80600 ink. For tumblers and water bottles, we use UV-DL Ink.

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell or white residue on the graphic?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash.
